OK, I admit, this isn't the feta cheese that I have when I want to have a full cheese experience. However, as a lighter substitute, this is great for Greek salad redux and sprinkled on roasted vegetables. Salty and tangy and all that goodness, just with less fat and calories. I

Horrible! Tasted and smelled like super-salty sour milk baby spit-up. I would much rather eat less of the fabulous French feta I get at my Middle-Eastern market.
