The broccoli part of this was pretty good as were the carrot slices. I wish there had been MORE carrots though. The baby corn was too hard and the red peppers too mushy. Will finish the package but won't buy any more.

A great way to get in a serving of multiple vegetables. I steam them in the micro-nuker and eat them without any embellishment. Easy nutrition, tastes good.
