Great healthy snack filled with protein 5 times the ordinary yogurt and with a third of the sugar and carbs, a bonus that it is also non fat!

The honey flavored is very tasty, and doesn't have the tang of some greek yogurts (which can be a plus or minus depending on the person, time, meal, etc...). Not as much nutritional punch as Skyr, but a LOT less expensive.
