I believe the Nutritional Info listed for this item is incorrect based on several articles and sites on-line. This dish actually has more than 1,360 calories! Check out the article on msnbc dated july 16, 2008. Maybe this dish substituted with grilled chicken & no dressing would be 750 calories. The salad is delicious but I would confirm the calories before eating it! This salad for Taste (substituting grilled chicken & no dressing) = 5

It would be helpful to know if this estimated calorie amount includes the dressing.

I ate the salad sans dressing - it was excellent!

It is without a doubt my favorite salad but the calories are WAY off on here. The salad weighs in at a whopping 1360 calories.
