Really moist chicken. Really flavorful sauce. Really nicely steamed broccoli. Did not feel like healthy food!

This was a very tasty dish! So far it's my favorite at TGI Friday's. Spicey!
Fairly low in calories considering that your in a Sports Bar.
Lots of veggies too!

This is awesome. I love food with flavor and this has it. It has a nice sweet, mildly spicy taste and moist grilled chicken. You can takst all the ingrdients the oranges, onion, cilantro, and brocoli... mmmmmm you don't realize its low fat.
