I love this stuff! Ive been using it as a butter alternative for years. Its creamy and buttery and when I made the switch I could barely tell it wasn't real butter.
If you eat real butter all the time and make the switch give it a bit to get use to it. Ive actually come to prefer its taste to that of butter.
The light is very spreadable and creamy, the regular is hard when refrigerated but great for cooking. Give it a try.
