These taste INCREDIBLE; however, they are not healthy. They are high in fat and sodium, but that's only if you have too much. Try to stick to eating one or two. Or get the mini's and eat two. Portion control is key with this food.
God I love these things. At 230 calories, they're really not completely atrocious, but obviously you have to watch what you eat the rest of the day to offset them.
