This is one of the best light soups I've had. Very flavorful, with just the right amount of spicy-ness. It does seem a little too salty, though.

I like to have this with a few Guiltless Gourmet Spicy Black Bean (Baked) Tortilla Chips, which makes it a little more satisfying without adding too many calories/fat. (Together, 1 cup soup + 6 chips has just 100 calories and 1g fat.)

I actually really liked this one! Most light soups dont have the flavor im looking for, and they leave me still feeling hungry, but this one tricked me into thinking there was some actual substance to it!

Very good. Personally, i think it is better than the other soups in this line. (they are all good).However, it does have a lot of sodium and one can is 130 calories not 120.
