Great for a quick lunch or dinner. Also great topped with Bacos or turkey sausage.

I really like this soup. It taste good and is full of protien. I ate an entire can for lunch today. It's quick and easy. I've eaten it before and in fact have sveral cans in a cupboard in my classroom. I just dump the can in a microwavable soup cup and heat it up for about 3 minutes.
once I sauteed sausage and poured a can of the soup over it in the pan an simmered for about 5 - 7 minutes. I really liked that.. my 6-year old... not so much.
