This stuff is awesome, but so difficult to find! When I first became a vegetarian, it was a staple in my diet, but when I moved to a new state, it was nowhere to be found. I literally buy boxes of it whenever I'm in Wyoming.

It's low in fat, high in protein, and very tasty and filling, so I'd highly recommend it for anyone trying out a vegetarian or low-calorie diet.
