Only 25 calories. It really is just as tasty as the regular applesauce even though it is sweetened with Splenda. Cinnamon just adds to the good taste for a nice low-cal snack.
This applesauce has a delicious texture and taste, and works well as a snack. It's lower in sugar and calories, doesn't contain high fructose corn syrup, AND has fiber, as opposed to other brands of applesauce. Mix in a little cinnamon to make it extra tasty! It also makes a great healthy substitute for oil in baking things like brownies.
