Juicy, tender steak rubbed with a special 7-pepper blend and grilled just the way you like it. Served over mixed field greens with diced roma tomatoes and bleu cheese crumbles.

This salad is my favorite dinner salad. The calories are 670 per Longhorn nutritional information. (http://www.longhornstea khouse.com/nutrition/)
I request no croutons, and light bleu cheese on the side. It comes in a balsamic dressing, but I ask for dressing on the side. I save a lot of calories this way. I would highly recommend this salad.

YUMMY! This is one of the best salads I've ever had! I get this or the Sonoma Chicken Salad every time I go there!
