The cereal is satisfyingly crunchy and has a pronounced honey and almond flavor. It's full of flax seeds and fiber, and it keeps me full all morning.

Very faint taste of honey and almond. As soon as I started chewing on this, I knew I didn't like it. The puffs are very bland and remind me of packing peanuts and had an strong artificial taste. It has a good amount of fiber, but the amount of calories in this aren't worth it.
