Tasty and FILLING! Lately my night-time hunger has been insatiable. None of my old tricks were working. But I tried this stuff tonight and I'm happy to say that I'm still feeling satisfied 2 hours later. It's very hearty... with brown rice and barely and other things not typically found in instant oatmeal. It's not overly sweet like most instant oatmeals, either. Just a touch of honey and cinnamon.
