A traditional In-N-Out burger, only this one is wrapped in a crisp, large lettuce leaf -- instead of a bun.

Mmmmmm! Recommended. Not that bad for you compared to some other fast food burgers. Tastes great.

This burger is delicious. And it also seems healthy, what with the giant lettuce leaf it comes served in. Seems may be the operative word. But as burgers go, it's not terribly bad for you, and it's quite a treat. I tend to order it with the fries ("well done," of course), which doesn't add to the healthiness factor, but does add to the deliciousness factor by a huge degree.

Pretty good, not that healthy. Which you probably already knew. Try skipping the cheese to keep the calorie total a little lower.
