Yes, the taste is great & the numbers are good, but they have not made one thing clear. This product contains crystalline fructose, which is worse for your body than the dreaded high fructose corn syrup. What the real shame here is, their advertisement is "vitamins + water, what more do you need?" Then why add something that can only be digested in your liver? I had just bought two more cases of Vitamin Water when I looked up crystalline fructose on the internet only out of curiosity when I found that Gatorade had HFCS in their product. What a disappointment.
