5 servings Button Mushroom
2 servings (Blue Dragon) Coconut - Milk, Light
1.5 servings Thai Eggplant
2.5 servings Raw Broccoli
.5 servings Yellow Onion
3 servings potato
1 servings Green Bell Pepper
3 servings Roma Tomatoes
1 tablespoons Olive Oil

I Ate This!
Instructions:
saute veggies in olive oil and tiny bit of curry paste for flavor. slice beef thin and cook in skillet. cook coconut milk on low with curry paste. add all together. serve over rice
