WW Moroccan Braised Pork Chops


Ingredients:
6 servings Pork Chop
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
2 cups Orange Juice
1 cups Homemade Vegetable Broth
1/2 teaspoons Cumin Seed
1/2 teaspoons Ginger Ale
1/4 teaspoons Nutmeg, Ground
1/2 tablespoons Garlic

I Ate This!
Instructions:
heat olive oil
brown chops 2 mins. each side
remove from pan
add garlic, saute 1 minute
add spices, heat 30 seconds (until fragrant)
add juice, broth
boil and reduce
add chops, cook until done, then remove
add 1/2 cup chopped apricots if desired, cook until soft, add chops back in and heat through.
