Instructions:
heat olive oil brown chops 2 mins. each side remove from pan add garlic, saute 1 minute add spices, heat 30 seconds (until fragrant) add juice, broth boil and reduce add chops, cook until done, then remove add 1/2 cup chopped apricots if desired, cook until soft, add chops back in and heat through.
