Instructions:
Blend oats, walnuts, water, salt together for a few minutes until smooth. Mix the flour together, and then add the liquid to the flour until soft. Let rest for 30 minutes covered with a wet towel or plastic wrap. Roll out each tortilla, and then cook on stove making sure not to make the tortillas crispy. They should form small bubbles when ready to flip.
