1/4 cups Wheat Flour, Whole-grain
1/4 cups Rice Flour, Brown
1/4 teaspoons Cinnamon, Ground, 1 Tsp
1/4 teaspoons Baking Soda
1/2 cups Skim Milk

Instructions:
mix together dry ingredients first. Then add milk.
