Ingredients:
8 servings Extra-wide Egg Noodles
5 servings Starkist Chunk Light Tuna In Vegetable Oil
2.5 cups Soup, Cream Of Mushroom
2 cups Mushrooms
.25 cups Scallions, Raw
.5 cups Whole Milk 2 Oz
.75 cups Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese
3 tablespoons Olivio Spreadable Butter With Canola & Olive Oil

I Ate This!
Instructions:
Boil noodles, spread in casserole dish. Size doesn't matter too much.

Saute mushrooms in medium saucepan (using butter or your choice of fat). Add chopped scallions, saute briefly. Add cream of mushroom soup, milk, and drained tuna. Heat through.

Pour over noodles, stir to combine.

Top with grated cheddar cheese. Pop it in the oven to melt cheese (I broil it on Low, but any way you melt it is fine). All finished!

Also good topped with crumbled potato chips, but I opt to leave those off of mine.
