White Cake (no cow milk)


Ingredients:
8 servings Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
1 cups Granulated White Sugar, 1 Cup
3.5 teaspoons All Natural Baking Powder
4 servings Non-Iodized Sea Salt
8 tablespoons All-Vegetable Shortening with No Trans Fat
1 cups original enriched rice milk
1 teaspoons Organic Vanilla Extract
3 servings Egg Whites

I Ate This!
Instructions:
2 cups flour; 1.5 cups sugar; 3.5 t baking powder; 1 t salt; .5 cup shortening; 1 cup milk; 1 t vanilla; 4 egg whites or 3/4 cup egg replacer.

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour pan(s).

Beat flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, shortening, milk and vanilla at low speed, scraping bowl constantly, 30 seconds.

Beat on high speed, scraping bowl occasionally, 2 minutes.

Add egg whites; beat on high speed, scraping bowl occasionally, 2 minutes.

Pour into pan(s). Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. (25-40 minutes.)
