Vegetable Soup


Ingredients:
3 servings Yellow Onion
1 servings Fresh Garlic
1 servings Broccoli, Raw
6 servings Tomatoes, diced (raw)
5 servings Whole Carrots
5 servings Potatoes, Boiled
4 servings Zucchini Raw
2 servings Cabbage, Green
5 servings Basil, Fresh
.5 servings Parsley
2 servings Olive Oil

I Ate This!
Instructions:
Saute garlic and onion in olive oil until golden. Add 4 quarts of water, celery, carrots, and tomatoes, and simmer for 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, plus salt and pepper. Simmer until potatoes are soft (30 min).
