Ingredients:
5 servings Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast
.83 servings Fresh Garlic
1.25 servings Pepper Strips
8.5 servings Organic Ketchup
2.5 servings Old Fashioned Oats
4.5 servings Red Onion
.5 servings Plain Lowfat All Natural Yogurt

Instructions:
In medium bowl, combine turkey, oats, onion, bell pepper, ketchup, yogurt, and garlic mixing lightly but thoroughly.

Shape into 8 1/2-inch thick patties.

Broil or grill patties 7 to 9 minutes on each side or until golden brown and no longer pink in center.
