Ingredients:
1 servings Silken Tofu
1.5 cups Organic Chunky Salsa
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
2 cups Beans, Pinto
2 teaspoons Garlic
1.75 cups Organic Fire Roasted Tomato
4 servings Organic Tortillas Whole Wheat
2 cups Mild Cheddar Fat Free Soy Cheese

I Ate This!
Instructions:
Missed ingredient: 1.5 T chili powder.

Preheat oven to 350 F. Cook garlic for 30 seconds till fragrant. Add chili powder, drained pinto beans and drained tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes. In a blender, mix 1/2 c of bean mixture, jar of salsa, tofu & lemon juice. Spread salsa mix in bottom of a 9 inch square or circular pan. Add a layer of 2 tortillas (cut to fit pan). Add bean mix & a cup or so of the salsa mix. Add final 2 tortillas. Top w/ rest of salsa mix and the cheese. Cook @ 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
