Tofu-Veggie Stir Fry w/ Peanut Sauce and Chow Mein Noodles


Ingredients:
.25 teaspoons Red Curry Paste
1 teaspoons Lime Juice, Raw
3 servings Noodles, Chinese, Chow Mein
1 teaspoons Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 teaspoons Oil, Sesame
2 teaspoons Minced Garlic in Water
1 tablespoons Organic Rice Vinegar
1 tablespoons All Natural Chunky Peanut Butter
5 servings Organic Tofu, Extra Firm
10 servings Deluxe Stir-fry Vegetables
1 teaspoons Chili Sauce With Garlic
1 teaspoons Red Hot Sauce

Instructions:
Cook noodles according to package. Heat pan, add oil. Stir-fry onion until soft. Dice tofu and add to onions with 1 T Bragg's (for color). Once tofu is slightly browned, add garlic, rice vinegar, and frozen vegetables. Cover and reduce heat, stirring occasionally, until veggies are done. Whisk together curry paste, peanut butter, chili sauces, and lime juice and add to tofu-veggie mixture. Add noodles, stir well until heated through, and serve immediately.
