Tofu pepper stir fry


Ingredients:
3.00 servings Fresh Garlic
2.00 tablespoons White Label Reduced Sodium Tamari Sauce
0.06 tablespoons Oil, Peanut
2.00 servings Red Bell Pepper
1.50 servings Carrots
1.00 servings Raw Onion
5.00 servings Tofu, Extra Firm (organic)

I Ate This!
Instructions:
- Saute onions in 1/2 oil, until soft.
- Add cubed tofu and saute over medium-high heat until slightly browned.
- Add carrots, garlic, and cook until carrots begin to soften.
- Add peppers and rest of oil and cook near desired doneness (keeping peppers somewhat al dente)
- Add tamari and cook through for 1-2 minutes
- Serve over rice
