Tofu Pasta


Ingredients:
2 cups Extra Firm Organic Tofu
1/2 cups Red Onion
2 tablespoons Oregano, Ground
1/4 cups Olive Oil
1/4 cups Parmesan, Grated Cheese

I Ate This!
Instructions:
Add olive oil to non stick skillet, add red onion chopped, and tofu that has been cut into bite size pieces. Add organeo and cheese. Simmer until tofu has slight brown look to it, you will need to stir so it doesn't stick. Serve over fettuccine florentine or spinach pasta.
