Thin Crust Homemade Pizza with roasted garlic, crimini mushrooms, and baby spinach


Ingredients:
2 cups Bread Flour
1 tablespoons Olive Oil
1/4 teaspoons salt, table
1/4 teaspoons White Sugar
1 teaspoons Quick Rise Yeast
2/3 cups Water
3/4 cups pizza sauce
3 tablespoons Garlic
1 tablespoons Butter
2 cups Mozzarella Cheese
1 cups Baby Spinach
1/2 cups Sliced Crimini Mushrooms
1/4 cups Parmesan, Hard Cheese

Instructions:
Put the water, flour, olive oil, yeast, salt and sugar in bread machine on dough cycle. (Or, mix in a bowl and put in a warm place covered with a towel).

Preheat oven to 500. For crispy crust, preheat a pizza stone, or cookie sheet. For less crispy crust, do not preheat stone/pan.

Prepare pizza toppings: slice mushrooms, chop garlic and fry up in butter, wash spinach.

Roll out dough on floured surface... fold over twice, and unfold onto preheated (or not) stone/pan. To prevent sticking, dust stone/pan with corn meal.

smooth pizza sauce on dough... add mozzarella. spoon roasted garlic onto the pizza, add mushrooms and spinach. Top with grated parmesan.

Lower oven to 475 and bake for 8 to 15 minutes.
