4 servings Traditional Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
1/2 servings Baking Powder
2/1.1 servings Iodized Salt Packet
1 servings Nonfat Plain Yogurt
35/11 servings Whipped Buttery Spread
1 servings 1 Egg

Instructions:
Mix all into 8x8 pan. Bake at 400* for 20-25 minutes.
