Thai Peanut Chicken


Ingredients:
1 servings Cooking Spray
1 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 teaspoons Oil, Peanut
4 tablespoons Minced Garlic in Water
5 servings Chicken Breast
4 tablespoons Skippy Natural Super Chunk Peanut Butter
3 tablespoons Low Sodium Soy Sauce
4 tablespoons Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
3 servings Szechaun Sauce
4 servings Broccoli, stir fry
6 servings Phad Thai Rice Sticks

Instructions:
Saute garlic in olive oil, add chicken. Cook until no longer pink. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer on low heat until peanut butter is soft and vegetables are tender. Toss with noodles.
