They are naturally very flavorful and next to peanut butter, sweet potatoes are my favorite food to eat.

I love to microwave them with their skin, then slice them in 1/2 inch 'slabs' drizzle a little organic olive oil and a mix of spices (garlic, paprika, basil, oregano, cracked pepper, sea salt) and throw them on the grill outside for about 15 minutes. they get nice and crisp, brown grill marks, and the skin becomes crunchy. 5 stars.

I recommend them.
