Sweet Potato Baked Latkes


Ingredients:
1 servings Egg White
1 servings egg
1/2 cups Onions
1/4 teaspoons salt, table
1/2 teaspoons Cinammon, Ground
1/4 teaspoons Nutmeg, Ground
1/4 cups White Flour, Unbleached
2 servings Sweet Potato
1/4 teaspoons Baking Powder

I Ate This!
Instructions:
Shred potatoes. Chop onions into small pieces. Mix all ingredients together in bowl. Measure in 1/4 cup portions onto cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Flatten with spatula. Cook at 400 degrees for 35 minutes turning halfway through.
