Nigiri sushi is the most typical type of sushi found in sushi bars and Asian restaurants, and tuna nigiri consists of a mound of sushi rice with a thin slice of meat on top. Nigiri sushi pieces are made by pressing sticky sushi rice in the hands with a small portion of wasabi.
