The calories are for an entire ROLL which is 6-8 pieces of sushi. The Rainbow Roll also has a center of deep fried tempura so that will add calories, which are not in traditional rolls.
This is a super delicious treat though. Definitely a "treat" bc of the deep fried crunchies inside.
The picture looks like the Rainbow Roll at PC Market. It is delicious, but 500 calories? Really? Compared to the similar yet verified "sushi tuna avocado roll" it's quite a bit more calories. Does the extra layer of tuna, salmon add that much more? Please verify. Still, the tasty-to-healthy ratio has got to be pretty high; I'd eat this again gladly.
