Ingredients:
1 servings Onions
2 tablespoons Garlic
1 tablespoons Ginger Root
.25 cups Cilantro
1 servings potato
3 cups Raw Broccoli
1 tablespoons Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 tablespoons Red Pepper Flakes

I Ate This!
Instructions:
chop onions, garlic, ginger and cilantro. saute onions, garlic, ginger and cilantro in oil with red pepper flakes. add potato (grated or diced) and broccoli stems (chopped) with 2c water. cook 5 min or until onions softened. add broccoli florets and 4c water. cook 10 min, or until broccoli just cooked. puree with hand mixer. put a bit of the soup, add 2T white miso and mix to blend miso- add back to pot and stir. all ready!
