Spinach Mushroom Salad

Ingredients:
1 servings 1 Egg
8 cups Spinach, Raw
1 cups Fresh Mushrooms, Cooked
2 teaspoons Wheatgerm
1 cups Salad Dressing Mix for Basil Vinaigrette

I Ate This!
Instructions:
1.Hard boil egg
2.Wash and blot spinach
3.Wash and sliced mushrooms
4.Arrange spinach leaves as desired in salad bowl
5.Place sliced mushrooms over spinach.
6.Sprinkle wheat germ over spinach and mushrooms
7.Chop cooked egg and sprinkle over top of salad.
9.Top with salad dressing and serve.
