1 servings Fresh Ginger Root
1 servings Coriander Leaves
2 servings Pineapple
1 servings Raspberry Wine Vinegar
1 servings Spinach Leaves
1 servings Wild Rocket
1 servings Spearmint, Fresh

Instructions:
Grate the ginger, chop the chilli finely and the red pepper, and pineapple. Mix all ingredients together and serve. Delicious!
