Saucy Asian Meatballs

Ingredients:
4 servings Ground Turkey
1 servings Fresh Garlic
1/2 teaspoons Ginger, Ground
1 servings Soy Sauce
1/4 cups Soy Sauce
1/4 cups Chinese Rice Wine Vinegar
1/4 cups Organic Tomato Paste
2 tablespoons Molasses

I Ate This!
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine the garlic, ginger and 1 teaspoon soy sauce. Crumble turkey over mixture and mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls.

Place in a 13-inch x 9-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.

In a large saucepan, combine the vinegar, tomato paste, molasses, and remaining soy sauce. Cook and stir over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes. Add the meatballs; heat through.

Makes 3 dozen meatballs.
