This has the wrong amount of sodium!!!

Actually, I think that it is correct. If one tablespoon has 2325 mg of sodium and a 'pinch' is defined as 1/16 of a tablespoon, then a pinch of salt has 2325mg/16 = 145.3mg of sodium.
