I really enjoy tomatoes, but roma tomatoes are the tastiest of all. I eat them for snacks, for sides and sometimes as my meal. Two or three medium to large roma tomatoes and it enough to fill up on.
I think they are a great alternative to many snacks and the bonus is they are packed with nutrition; and even have 1gram of protein!
If eating tomatoes raw isn't your thing, try roasting. It adds flavor. Dribble olive oil, sprinkle salt and toss in some minced garlic. Then roast. Mmm, delicious!
