One of the most common apple types, available in most supermarkets (at least in Texas)

Red Delicious apples, which are well named, have a great taste as well as being nutritious. The fiber in the fruit helps to contribute to a full feeling after meals, and can be paired up with other foods to complete a meal.

Whoever named these, was sadly mistaken. The next time that I want 80 calories I think that I'll just eat a scoop of butter.
