Delicious and nutritious: strawberries are rich in antioxidants and flavonoids. Low in calories and high in vitamins, strawberries are a perfect choice for a snack. They may also help prevent cancer and heart disease! :)

Strawberries are a great source of fiber. This is the easiest way for me to reach my 25g to 30g of fiber a day.

If you are craving something sweet, try slicing strawberries and sprinkling them with Splenda. If you let them sit in a Ziploc for a while, they create their own glaze. It's delicious!

My favorite snack it to take strawberries and wrap them in precuito(sp?). Love to wrap that meat in any fruit actually... But... Strawberries or cantalope work best!!!
