Love this soup - I eat it everyday. A whole can for 120 calories and 8 grams of fiber. Fills me up better than anything else I could eat for the same amount of calories. Tastes good!

Yuck. There is some sort of chemical in this stuff that just gives it an off taste, somewhat like aspartame. It is also loaded with sodium. I had a stomachache and bad bloating for several hours after eating this. Steer clear. It is not worth the 60 calories.

This was not a tasty soup (had kind of an 'off' flavor) but I was grateful to have a soup that did not make me sick and allowed me to have 2 servings for 120 calories. I will look for products with better taste and nutrition and similiar or fewer calories.
