The best way to eat peas, is to grow sugar snap peas, pick them and put themn in a tupperware container full of water in the frig. They will get very very crisp. Add the sweetness to the cold crispiness, and you will look forward to coming home every day to feast on them.

i love peas! they have to be the frozen kind, not those in a can... i lightly cook them and add sunflower seeds for a great evening snack. :) peas have to be in my top-3 veggies!
