Instructions:
Taken from Muscle Chow by Gregg CPT- "Men's Health Magazine." Except added ingredients of extra tsp cinnamon and extra tsp brown sugar. (Added for more flavor) STEP 1- In a microwavable bowl, combine the water and oats. Microwave on high for 3 1/2 minutes. STEP 2- In a shaker bottle, combine the protein powder and milk. Shake to mix. STEP 3- When the oats are ready, add sugar substitute and 1/2 cinnamon. Stir to Mix. Add the protein shake and stir again until mixed and smooth. STEP 4- Add the sliced banana on top, or chow plain. STEP 5- (Added by self for flavor) Top with other 1/2 of cinnamon + brown sugar. May not be needed with fruit.
