Molly's Chili


Ingredients:
2 teaspoons Ground Cumin
1 teaspoons salt, table
1 tablespoons White Sugar
1 servings Vegetable Stock Cubes
2 cups Wylwood Whole Kernel Corn
4 cups Tomatoes, Crushed, Canned
4 cups Beans, Black
1 cups Onions, Raw, Chopped
2 servings 1/2 cup chopped carrots - Boiled
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 tablespoons Ready Chopped Garlic
1 teaspoons Chili Powder
.5 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
.5 teaspoons Pepper, Black
4 cups Lean Ground Beef

I Ate This!
Instructions:
In a large pot, sauté onions, garlic and carrots in olive oil.

Meanwhile, sauté the ground beef in a frying pan. Continue to cook until browned.

When onions and carrots soften, add half (2c.) the black beans, crushed tomatoes, corn, veggie boillion and 2c. water.

Season to taste with cumin, salt, sugar, black pepper and cayenne pepper.

Add ground beef to the chili and let simmer for 10-20 minutes.

Serve with sour cream and shredded cheese if desired.
