Instructions:
1. In large bowl, sift together flours, baking powder, cinnamon, and sugar. 2. In separate bowl whisk eggs. Add to flour mixture. 3. Using a hand mixer or whisk, add milk to flour and egg mixture until it is smooth and slightly thicker than cream. 4. Add vanilla. 5. Pour mixture onto a hot griddle, making 4-5 inch pancakes. 6. Add chocolate chips before flipping*. *Flip when bubbly and edges begin to lift from pan and look firm. 2 cups of mix makes about 3 nice sized pancakes. **THESE ARE SUPER FULLING BECAUSE OF THE WHOLE WHEAT. I CAN ONLY EAT 1.5 OF THESE PANCAKES, THOUGH THE SERVING IS FOR 3 PANCAKES.
