Instructions:
Saute diced onion in olive oil. Add cumin (ground is best) and 1.5 tsp. tumeric (not listed). Stir in cauliflower and cook. Add zucchini and cook. Add spinach, garbanzo beans, other seasonings and cook. Add cheese towards end. Cook quinoa while vegetables are simmering. Add to vegetables and correct seasoning.
