Indian Style Quinoa


Ingredients:
0.03 teaspoons Olive Oil
1.00 cups Onions, Diced
5.25 cups Zucchini, Raw, Chopped
13.00 cups Cauliflower
3.50 cups Organic Spinach (frozen)
2.00 tablespoons Organic Tamari Wheat Free Soy Sauce
1.00 tablespoons Cumin Seed
1.00 servings Quinoa
5.00 cups garbanzo beans, canned, cooked
0.06 tablespoons Garlic

I Ate This!
Instructions:
Saute diced onion in olive oil. Add cumin (ground is best) and 1.5 tsp. tumeric (not listed). Stir in cauliflower and cook. Add zucchini and cook. Add spinach, garbanzo beans, other seasonings and cook. Add cheese towards end. Cook quinoa while vegetables are simmering. Add to vegetables and correct seasoning.
