Ingredients:
1 cups Beets Sliced (unsalted)
4 cups Organic Baby Spinach
1/2 cups Raw Shredded Carrots
1/2 cups Feta Cheese
1 cups Apples, chopped
1/2 cups walnuts

I Ate This!
Instructions:
Toast the walnuts, layer ingredients so that they look nice. Toss with balsamic vinegrette just before serving.
